Look into your hearts and seek out the memories of those who have hurt you in this life. Take each memory and write it down on a piece of paper. After you have written the memory down, then examine how you still feel about this hurt.
Do not try to avoid recognising the pain. Take the hurt and write down "I Forgive You" at the bottom of the page.
Examine the words once more. Then, take a match and light it and burn the piece of paper safely.
In burning the paper, say to yourself "I allow myself to grieve, I allow myself to be free". Then, Forgive yourself.
